You are allowed to do this and many guests bring a backpack or cooler full of food.

Disney EPCOT events

Every year EPCOT puts on three major festivals: Food and Wine Festival, Flower and Garden Festival and International Arts Festival. Of these three our favorite is the Food and Wine Festival. It offers many fun and unique things to do including a concert series featuring some of the most classic oldies bands as well as classes on cooking and wine from celebrity chefs. The festival takes place during the months of Oct-Nov.

Also during the festival several counties from all of the world add food booths that serve up specialties from those counties matched with wine. It’s an incredible offering and a must do on our list. The Flower and Garden Festival is equally as good and features many food booths as well and classes on gardening and growing. The festival take place March-May.
