Step 3 - Fastpass and MaxPass
The Disneyland Fastpass service is free with any valid ticket. It allows you to skip the standby line and go through a faster line at most major attractions. MaxPass enhances the Fastpass service by allowing guests to book Fastpass from their mobile phone using the official Disneyland App (more below).

Step 4 - Download The Disneyland App
We realize for some this might not be an option but most guests have access to a smartphone and the official Disneyland App will make your vacation so much better. It’s available on both Android and Apple. Once installed, link your tickets to it for easy access to the parks from your phone, make dining reservations, schedule MaxPass, see attraction wait times and more!

Can I Bring Food Into The Parks?
Yes, you can bring your own food into the parks. There are lockers for rent inside the parks for storage or if you want to bring in a cooler there are large lockers available next to Lost and Found outside the parks.
Can I Book Fastpass In Advance?
No. Unlike Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Fastpass can only be booked day-of when the parks have opened and you’ve enter one of them.
Can I Share My Ticket(s) With Someone?
No. You cannot rent, split or share your Disneyland Tickets. Every ticket must be used by the same person for everyday of the ticket. Your photo is assigned to your ticket.
Are There Things For Little Kids To Do?
There are things to do for any age at Disneyland! The parks have over 40 attractions that have no height requirements so anyone, any age can enjoy them.
Can I Buy Tickets At The Gate?
Yes, but there’s almost no reason to. Standing in a 30 minute line to buy tickets is a waste of time. You should buy them in advance with Get Away Today or if you’re there, buy them through the Disneyland App.
How Can I See & Do It All?
- You’ll need 3-4 days in the parks with Park Hopper and MaxPass.

- Schedule a Fastpass attraction and while you wait go on smaller ones.

Can I Scan My Tickets From My Phone?
Yes! You don’t have to scan your physical tickets when entering the parks. As long as you have the Disneyland App you can scan each guest’s ticket from your phone.
What Is Extra Magic Hour & Magic Morning?
Extra Magic Hour is for property hotel guests only and is available each morning (1 hour early into one of the parks). Magic Morning Early Entry is available to guests with tickets 3 days or longer. They receive 1 early entry per ticket, 1 hour before park opening.
Are There Any Infant or Mother Stations?
There are two baby stations, 1 in each park. Here you change diapers, nurse and find a few baby items like pedialite and diapers. Cast Members are available to help with any needs you may have.
