On Jan. 3, runDisney announced that runDisney races will return to the west coast in 2024 with the return of the Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend taking place Jan. 11-14, 2024.
The Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend will include endurance events, a challenge and more!

- Club runDisney Platinum and Gold Member registration: February 7, 2023
- General registration: February 14, 2023
- Virtual Event Registration: February 17, 2023
Club runDisney Platinum and Gold Members will receive an individual link that they can use to access the early registration sale for the Disneyland Half Marathon. General registration for the Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend will be accessible through runDisney.com
More details about the race course, medals and more will be shared in the coming months. The Disneyland Half Marathon event has not occurred since pre-covid and is one of the most popular runDisney events as if offers participants the opportunity to stop and see unique characters along the way as well as parts of the backstage area of both parks.
The full half typically begins at Disneyland Resort and makes it way through the parks and then into the city of Anaheim including the Angels Stadium. Registrations for this event fill-up fast so guests wanting to participate should keep an eye on their calendars.
