How much are DVC annual dues?
Annual dues can be calculated by taking the number of points owned and multiply it by the annual dues per point as listed in the table above. An example of this would be:
I own 200 Animal Kingdom points. So 200 x $8.81 = $1,762. My total annual dues for 2023 will be $1762.
Because it’s based on the number of points you own, the more you have the more you will pay each year in dues. There are a few contracts out there that offer subsidized dues based on when the contract was purchased. Subsidized dues can be transferred to new owners when a contract is sold.
The difference in dues cost for each resort has to do with the location and property of the individual resort. For instance, Vero Beach and Hilton Head Island Resorts have much higher annual dues because they are right on the coast and subject to hurricanes which have the potential to cost Disney more if there was one.
When are DVC annual dues due?
DVC annual dues must be paid by January 15th of each year. Members can pay before this date if they’d like. Members do have the option to set-up monthly payments for their annual dues but this must be set-up before Jan. 15th and requires the member to do monthly ACH debits and are unable to use a credit card. Members who do pay their dues all at once can use a credit card for the transaction.
How do you pay DVC annual dues?
Owners can login to their DVC account at disneyvacationclub.com and then select My Dues in the drop down menu. Here members can make payments, set-up automatic payments, monthly payments and view statements from previous years.
Credit cards can be used to pay dues as long as it is done in one lump sum. For monthly payments you have to do ACH debit.
