Epcot Festival of the Arts 2023 Foodie Guide

As anyone who has ever been to one of the Epcot festivals knows, one of the highlights of these seasonal soirees is the food, and the same can be said for the Epcot Festival of the Arts. From colorful bites to artsy sips, you’ll find a rainbow of themed dishes and drinks that are as beautiful to look at as they are delicious to eat.

This year, Epcot’s artsiest event runs from January 13 to February 20, 2023, meaning you have plenty of opportunities to sample it all. So, bring an artistic eye and an empty stomach as we dig into all the tasty food available at the 2023 Epcot International Festival of the Arts.

Disney Festival of the Arts 2023 Food

Whether the Food & Wine Festival’s global marketplaces or Flower & Garden Festival’s outdoor kitchens, each Epcot festival puts a different twist on the food booth. At the Epcot Festival of the Arts, these culinary outposts are called food studios.

Sprinkled around World Showcase and into the rest of the park like pixie dust (or chocolate chips in the perfect cookie), food studios take their inspiration from everything from art periods to cultural culinary traditions. And don’t be surprised if some bites and bevvies are too pretty for you to want to eat—this creative fare was designed with your eyes, tastebuds and camera in mind.

With so many delightful items on offer, you may be tempted to sample more than your travel budget allows. Luckily, we have a few tips for keeping your wallet happy.

  • Split some dishes (and the cost!) with a friend. Sharing isn’t just caring—it’s the perfect way to manage your budget while still getting to try plenty of mouthwatering dishes.
  • Keep track of your food budget with a wearable gift card. If they’re available, these handy bracelets let you load up what you can afford onto a tiny gift card you can wear around your wrist so you aren’t tempted to go overboard.
  • Try a bit of everything with the Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine. Let Disney do the deciding for you with this food-focused scavenger hunt and earn a free cookie for your troubles.
  • Go in with a plan and stick to it. Don’t just wander from booth to booth and sample everything that speaks to you. Instead, use the Festival of the Arts Passport to plan out your must-try dishes and drinks and help keep your costs on track.

Can’t Decide? Sample the Rainbow During the Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine

With a landscape of flavors to try, narrowing it down to just a few items can be a tall order. So, if you need help deciding, let the good folks over on Disney’s culinary team and the rainbow do some of the decision-making for you.

Just open your festival passport for the list of featured foods, with each representing a different hue of the rainbow. Then, as you eat your way from color to color, remember to collect each item’s corresponding stamp. When you’re done, simply show your stamps to a cast member at the Deco Delights food studio to be treated to a paintable (with icing!) chocolate-chip cookie.

Well, that’s a wrap on all the tasty treats available at the Epcot art festival this year. It’s a deliciously daunting list of items, and we can’t wait to try them all.
