Walt Disney World Ready To Reopen This Saturday

It’s been several months since the Walt Disney World Resort closed its gates due to COVID-19. Now, on July 11th, they will reopen to the first guests starting with Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom theme parks followed by Hollywood Studios and EPCOT on July 15th.

Disney has put into place several new health requirements to keep guests safe before and after they enter the parks.

Temperature checks at the gates is the start. Masks are required to be worn by all guests 2 and up. Sanitizing stations will be located throughout the parks. Cast Members will be wiping down surfaces. Social distancing will be required.

And that’s just the beginning.
