With Shanghai Disneyland reopening May 11th and Disney Springs reopening May 20th, I’m even more motivated for the Disneyland Resort to open in July! Since closing in mid-March, the Disneyland Resort has been completely shut-down to guests and most Cast Members alike. Even construction had been halted on attractions and lands, including Avengers Campus.
Now the Disneyland Resort is allowing guests to book vacations starting July 1st and on. This includes tickets and packages for resort hotel stays at Paradise Pier, Disneyland Hotel and Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel. Off property hotels are also offering rooms at deep discounts to help bring back guests to Anaheim.
Guests who are looking to book should do so quickly. My guess is that the resort will reopen to limited capacity including rooms and guests in the parks. Disney has not announced any restrictions thus far but guidelines for the Walt Disney World Resort which includes phases, also limits the parks capacity.
