Mickey Mouse will be hosting private birthday parties in his own ToonTown home for a limited time at the Disneyland Resort.
Kids having birthdays during this limited-time event, who’ve always dreamed of having Mickey Mouse appear at their party, are going to be in for the surprise of their life. Parties last 90 minutes and can have up to 10 guests.
The Celebrate in Disney’s Mickey’s Toontown Private Parties will be available for a short period of time starting January 19th, 2022 and run until March 6th. Guests who are interested in reserving their private party can do so here: Disneyland.com/CelebrateMickeysToontown
The $350 private party includes photos with Mickey Mouse, cake decorating, games and craft activities for kids and access to Gadget Go Coaster inside Toontown with quick access to the attraction.
You must purchase tickets for Disneyland before attending any party at Mickey’s Toontown. Depending on which day you go, daily theme park admission ranges from $104 for a Tier 1 Single Park Ticket to $224 for a Tier 6 Park Hopper Ticket.
Private parties at Toontown will be available until it closes for an extended renovation.
Mickey’s Toontown will close in March 2022 for construction and won’t reopen until sometime in 2023.
Before the COVID-19 outbreak, Mickey’s House was used as a meeting place where guests could interact with Mickey Mouse and take pictures with him.
Mickey’s House remained closed when Disneyland reopened in April 2021 following a year plus COVID closure.
All meet-and-greet opportunities at Disneyland have changed to socially distanced due to COVID. Guests can still see their favorite characters and take pictures with them, just with 6+ feet between them. No word yet on when guests will be able to hug and high-five their Disney pals again.
