Park Savers: What Should I Wear to Disneyland?

You’ve purchased your tickets, and you already have in mind all of the attractions you’d like to visit at Disneyland Park. Smart thinking. But while you’re thinking ahead, have you considered what your attire should be when you go? Here’s a glimpse at what you should wear during your trip to Disneyland, according to Park Savers.

If you’re headed to the “Happiest Place on Earth” during the spring or fall, you’re in luck: the weather will be pretty mild. A few light layers are all you need. For instance, you can wear some stretchy jeans for comfort, as well as a tee-shirt, some sneakers, and a relatively light sweatshirt for those cooler evenings and mornings.

You likely won’t get snow in Los Angeles, but the temperature can still get quite cold in the winter. So, plan to wear several layers. You might also want to wear a scarf and hat for the evening and morning times. As a general rule of thumb, a tee-shirt with long sleeves, a sweatshirt, and a jacket are good to take with you if you’re planning a winter trip.

Meanwhile, if you’ll be at Disneyland in the summer, be prepared for a heatwave. After all, it’s not uncommon for Los Angeles to see temperatures of 100 degrees Fahrenheit or more regularly. For this reason, we suggest wearing extremely comfortable shorts along with a light tee-shirt. Wearing sandals that offer excellent support is also a good idea. Finally, don’t forget to bring a hat, which will give you additional protection against the blazing sun during the summer months.
