One of the best places to watch Illuminations at EPCOT is at the Rose and Crown Pub at the U.K. pavilion. Arrive about an hour early and ask for a seat (or head for the open seating) by the water. The view is perfect plus you’ll enjoy some great drinks and food including their highly-rated fish n’ chips!
